Biography - Curriculum vitae

Jovan Turkulov, Ph.D., full professor at University of Novi Sad , Yugoslavia, has born 1934 year. He graduated at College of Technology of mentioned University and also received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering. He has been associated for more the thirty year with College of Technology and during this time his main research and profesional interes was in Oilseed ( sunflower seed and soybean ) and other oil-bearing matherial processing, especially in area of oil extraction, refining of oils, and oil and Fats modification process ( interesterification and fraktionationation ).
